Return & Refund Policy

At Pikus Vape, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened e-liquids, used pods, or disposable devices unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

To process your request, please email us at marketing@pikusvape.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Required Evidence: High-quality photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your evidence is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed by your bank.

Return Shipping

If a return of the physical product is required due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.
